Byron Buxton away from the game

MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Twins have named outfielder Byron Buxton on the seven-day casualty list because of the symptoms of a concussion on Tuesday.

Buxton injured Saturday in Cleveland, diving to capture a shot from Oscar Mercado.

Last month, the center fielder missed 13 games due to a right wrist bruise.

Buxton strikes for, 249 in 75 games, with nine long balls and 42 RBIs. He also stole 13 goals.
